I love chocolates and flowers, but…
…it’s a little mind blowing that reports predict between $14 and $17 billion will be spent on Valentine’s Day this year. As a foodie, I love celebrating with friends and family over a great meal, especially at local, sustainable restaurants. Certainly a nice Valentine’s Day treat. It’s the mountain of junk associated with this holiday that I find really scary.
